Creating Swaps

Users can create two types of swaps within the Dexpools OTC ecosystem.

  1. Public Trades - Public trades are available to fill for any party and can be partially filled.

  2. Private Trades - Private trades can only be fulfilled by a single counterparty

Good to know: If you already have a counterparty you are in negotiations with, you can quickly create a private trade with the counterparty even if they have not connected to Dexpools in the past. Simply share the trading link after the P2P swap has been created, and Dexpools will take care of all the authentication behind the scenes.
